Today’s Snowrunner patch will fix a few of these issues. Snowrunner mods operate on the principle of subscription to selected items and automatic downloading. In this phase, you will travel to Canada and several new maps with some “very special missions.” The aim of the game here is construction, with your missions being centred around providing the resources for brand new buildings in the Canadian wilderness.Unfortunately, since the launch, many players are experiencing several issues while playing the game. Phase 2 is called ‘Explore and Expand’ and we can expect this DLC to come in a few months – most likely between August and November 2020. Phase 1 is called ‘Search and Recover’ and we expect this DLC to be released soon, with the devs saying it will become available “a few weeks after launch.” This phase will give access to a new map in Taymyr, Russia (the Rift map the PTS got a few weeks ago) and a new mission involving the recovery of a WW2 bomber.
These four phases will be released over the next 12 months and include new maps, vehicles, missions, features and activities. Thankfully, SnowRunner appears to have ticked all the boxes with four unique ‘phases’ acting as DLC drops. Whilst gamers are loving the base game, many know that it is within the DLC that the true excitement lies.
